Dry Garden

The domestic garden, rich in ornamental plants, ends at the upper level with the dry garden surrounding the studio. Here too, as in all other parts of the garden, there is no irrigation system.
This area features a gravel-covered terrace where plants from the Peloponnese are cultivated, including various species of Cistus, Ballota, Phlomis, Santolina, Clematis cirrhosa, Origanum, Lavatera, Cotinus, and Euphorbia.
On the facade of the building grows a vigorous Rosa grandiflora, alongside a young Luma myrtifolia tree. This part of the garden lies at the foot of the terraced olive grove and is characterized by shrubs such as Genista aetnensis, Spartium junceum, Rosa canina, Juniperus oxycedrus, Elaeagnus × ebbingei, Rosa sempervirens, Teucrium fruticans, Hesperaloe, and Scabiosa cretica.
In the upper part of the vineyard, one can find a saffron cultivation, surrounded by a boundary of unusual and rare oak trees.
